Godeater's Son (Paperback)

Warhammer Age of Sigmar: A Tale of Darkness and Defiance

In the heart of Aqshy, Heldanarr Fall yearns for a life of tranquility, free from the clutches of divine intervention. However, the relentless golden warriors of Sigmar are determined to disrupt his peace. Forced into a battle he never sought, Heldanarr taps into a primordial force to resist.

The Story of Heldanarr Fall: From Peace to War

Heldanarr dreams of a realm devoid of deities. When the Azyrites invaded the Burning Valley, a realm carved from the Aqshian sands, they brought with them arrogance and cruelty, under the guise of a god indifferent to their actions. Despite suffering immense losses, Heldanarr remained steadfast in his people's traditions, crafting a life without uttering a single prayer to Sigmar, the armored deity. His only desire now is solitude.

After rescuing a Sigmarite priestess from certain death, Heldanarr's life is once again thrown into chaos. His sanctuary shattered, he is driven by rage to wage a relentless war against the followers of Sigmar. Confronted by the formidable Stormcast Eternals, led by the shrewd Ildrid Stormsworn, Heldanarr faces insurmountable odds. Alone, victory seems impossible, yet surrender would mean accepting the mercy of a god he loathes.

To overthrow the Stormcasts and seek retribution, Heldanarr must embrace ancient, darker powers, jeopardizing the very freedom he cherishes. As Sigmar's rulers reveal their tyranny and the Champions of Chaos offer a tempting alternative, Heldanarr is left to ponder the righteous path. In making his choice, what will become of Heldanarr Fall?

Authored by Noah Van Nguyen, this Warhammer Age of Sigmar novel offers a gripping narrative of a man's descent into darkness and his struggle against divine forces.
