Beat the Shub-Niggurath Dark Sheep with the Rolling Pin, crush the Arkhamster with the Barattor (and through) and prevent the Milkhathulhu cow from doing damage with the poop shovel that rips its breed.

From bad to worse also introduces new cards: Dementia cards. Similar to Curses, they even have curious advantages!
