In Marvel Champions, you play as iconic heroes from the Marvel universe who try to thwart the Machiavellian plans of equally famous villains. It's going to be a tough task! Will you be able to rise to the challenge?

A scalable card game

Marvel Champions JCE is a scalable card game. This base box contains everything you need to play your first games. One basic box is enough to play and customize your deck. As the game progresses, the game will incorporate new extensions that make your games more and more complete.

The card game differs from other collectible card games because each box contains the same cards. So you won't need to track down the rarest cards. With the addition of new heroes, scenarios and game elements, the extensions will increase the gameplay of your deck.

Extraordinary heroes

In every part of Marvel Champions, you take on the role of an iconic Marvel hero to whom the game brings to life with a two-sided Identity card and a customizable deck that represents its powers, equipment and allies. These decks of 40 to 50 cards allow you to fully embody the five heroes featured in the base box:

Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers)
Spider-Man (Peter Parker)
Black Panther (T'challa)
Miss Hulk (Jennifer Walters)

The originality of Marvel Champions is that the game focuses as much on superheroes as on their alter ego. The maps are not only based on the powers of the characters but also on their personality in real life.

A cooperative card game

Marvel Champions is a cooperative game. Every Marvel hero has incredible abilities, but to overcome Evil, you'll have to work as a team by cooperating with other players. The role of the villain is to develop his threat. If he manages to achieve his goal, the heroes lose the game together. On the contrary, if the group of champions succeeds in retaliating effectively by working collectively, good will triumph over Evil.
