Pathfinder The Role Game - Monstrous Codex

THE MENAGERIE OF CARNAGE!

The worst surprises often come from the most well-known opponents! A simple class description is not enough to cover the full range of possibilities in terms of the interpretation of warrior, redhead or magician, so a single monster profile is not enough to represent all the diversity of vicious champions, ungodly priests and bewitching savages present in a group of intelligent and organized monsters.

The monstrous Pathfinder JdR Codex features hordes of custom monsters ready for attack! It contains a multitude of profiles for 20 classic monster races, so you can come up with new ideas for using your favorite monsters in all kinds of encounters and challenges of varying levels.

The monstrous Pathfinder JdR Codex is the indispensable companion of the Player Manual and the Pathfinder JdR Bestiary, an imaginative table role-playing game based on more than 15 years of development and an open playtest involving more than 50,000 players, to provide you with an optimal gaming experience, guiding the best set of fantastic game rules into a new era.

The monstrous Codex includes:
- Dozens of pages dedicated to the profiles of monsters belonging to 20 well-known races, from goblins to drows to kobolds and trolls. Discover these opponents in the form of formidable gnoll pack leaders, wise ratmen or champion lizard men mounted on dinosaurs!
- Detailed information on the ecology and society of these powerful creatures.
- New gifts, equipment, spells and archetypes, to help you customize the members of these 20 monstrous breeds... and the adventurers who fight them or haggle with them.
- A new horrifying monster associated with each race, whether its ally, slave or variant.
- Examples of encounters challenging new recruits as well as experienced adventurers.
- And much more!
