In this strategy board game, on each turn you choose: place a worker to perform two actions in the expanding network, launch a ship with one of your workers as pilot, or recall your workers to gain financial bonuses. Actions include acquiring blueprints, constructing ships, attracting guests, and developing strategic connections that broaden your options. Additionally, your decisions influence the resource markets, which evolve with players' actions.

When launching a ship, one of your workers becomes the pilot, steering the vessel to various destinations for "days in space," where your efforts are rewarded by guests. Compete with other supervisors to reach the company's objectives and accumulate progression cubes.
