Description

Players begin their adventure by selecting a Hero - each with 2 specific starting skills - and assigning him a Class of their choice. Depending on the combination, another skill can be made available, giving players a myriad of choices and styles of play.
In Massive Darkness, Heroes undertake Quests, eliminate monsters, collect loot and earn XP. Players then spend this XP to unlock new Skills, gaining power as the Quest progresses.
Throughout the game, players encounter different monsters, including Larbins, Agents, Wandering Monsters and Bosses. The Guardian represents a unique mechanism in this game. Any type of monster has the opportunity to be generated as a Guardian, which means that it will use random equipment during the fight against Heroes. However, if the players manage to emerge victorious from this perilous encounter, they will recover this precious loot!
