First Giants

First Giants, a race to create the most prestigious dinosaur exhibition!

Build your engine by collecting cards with powerful effects OR score points by displaying your cards in the exhibition area. But beware! Once exposed, you lose their beneficial effects.

Timing will be the key to victory!

On your turn, you place your tokens on the Dig Sites to retrieve Fossil cards and add them to your Study. These cards trigger immediate or recurring effects that fuel your engine: amber, points, free exhibitions or powerful combos. But sooner or later, you will have to retrieve your tokens and choose: gain amber or expose a fossil.

Exposing a card allows you to create or expand a collection, based either on the same Family with different sizes, or on the same Size with varied Families.

Each collection expansion yields tokens and can trigger a race to collect Journals. However, an exposed fossil permanently loses its effects. The whole tension of the game rests on this timing: optimize your engine... then deconstruct it to score as many points as possible at the right moment. A strategy and collection game that will enchant experienced players from age 10 and up and awaken your passion for paleontology!
