For weeks now, the soon-to-be-city performance of the King in Yellow has been at the centre of all conversations. But after some research on the dark history of this play, you are convinced that something terrible is at work. Disappearances. Suicides. Hallucinations. Dementias. Wherever the play is played, madness follows her closely. No link has been made, of course, but that is not what will stop you.
In The Road to Carcosa, the investigators seek to unravel the mystery of the famous play, exploring the Ward Theatre and attending a reception given by the troupe. But with each discovery, the mystery thickens and leads the investigators to the limits of madness.
This expansion contains the first two scenarios of the Carcosa Road campaign, as well as new investigators and new Player cards to further customize the game.
Arkham Horror: The card game is a cooperative game in which players play as investigators trying to unravel terrifying supernatural mysteries.
