Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is a game of survival and exploration rich in history for 1 to 4 players, in a sinister universe where Celtic mythology and Arthurian legends mingle with the unique and dark vision of the authors and illustrators ofAwaken Realms. In Tainted Grail, players each control one of the four heroes facing impossible difficulties. While the strongest champions of the kingdom have all failed, players will have to face their fears to achieve the impossible. During this great adventure, the heroes:
- Will be pursued by the insidious and corrupt power of the Wyrd
- Fight the depletion of their resources
- Confronting terrible encounters
- And unfortunately, will die several times

A game that reinvents itself in every game

Tainted Grail incorporates a status system that gives players the ability to appreciate and measure the long-term consequences of their actions. The game is also based on the unfolding of a scenario that has many branches allowing players to experience problems from different angles and thus making each part unique.

How do I play?

In Tainted Grail, the Day is the most important time unit and represents a complete round of the game.
- A day begins with the "Start of the Day" stage which includes some maintenance tasks and reveals a new event map.
- During the day, the characters spend their resources to perform actions.
- At the end of the day, players complete a turn end of the day's sequence. They then take the opportunity to rest, recover, advance or optimize their games.
