La Fabrique

La Fabrique board game - a clever party game for the whole family

La Fabrique is an original board game where imagination becomes your best ally for memorizing. Together, look at a tile with an evocative illustration — is it, to you, a suitcase, a cup, or rather a padlock? — then invent a short, memorable story that links those elements. This cooperative party game turns each image into a memorable landmark, perfect for lively sessions with family or friends. A must-have for family board game fans and for those looking for the most popular board games focused on storytelling and memory.

How to play - tell, flip, find

- Reveal a tile and talk about what it represents. The clever visuals invite interpretation (suitcase, cup, padlock, etc.).

- Build a memorable sentence together. For example: “A padlock protects a half-eaten cookie that a slug dreams of devouring.” Or: “We enjoy a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream while gazing at the moon.” The idea is to associate strong keywords to anchor the image.

- Once you agree, flip the tile. Continue like this, weaving a series of short, punchy stories.

- At the end, test your memory: put each image back in its place using the stories you created. The more vivid your stories, the easier it is to find everything!

Accessible and friendly, La Fabrique shines at party game nights and is perfect for players who enjoy board games based on collaboration, observation and creativity. It's a great way to discover new board games in your board game shop of choice.
