It's A Wonderful World, the unfolding of a game
A game takes place in 4 rounds divided into three phases:
- The draft phase: In each round, draft 7 cards, then choose for each between putting it under construction or recycling it to win a resource.
- The planning phase: Plan for both the short term and the long term; are you going to invest resources to build cards that will then produce at all rounds, or will you directly recycle those cards to earn less resources, but earlier in the game?
- The production phase: At the end of each round, the cards built in your Empire will produce resources, but in a pre-defined order. Mastering this order is crucial to plan the order of construction of your cards, and thus optimize your development!
It's a Wonderful World brings fluid mechanics and great depth of strategy.
