Description

Prélude plunges you into the heart of the action, not only on Mars, but also on Venus and in the colonies.

Likewise, the political arena is ready to tumble into turmoil from the very start of the game. With the actions and effects of your Prelude cards, Mars will never be the same again! In Prelude 2, most cards are closely linked to the other Terraforming Mars expansions (Venus, Colonies, Turmoil). However, all 5 Corporations and 13 of the new Prélude cards are playable without any of these expansions.

Both the base game and the Prelude expansion are required to play.

Terraforming Mars: Prélude, an accelerating effect

At the start of the game, this expansion allows you to boost the first few turns.

Even before you start terraforming, you now have the chance to make choices that will define your corporation and set the course for the future of Mars.

When choosing your corporation, you can select Prelude cards that will give advantages to the chosen company.
