Description

Agricola, the agricultural development game! "The revised edition of the world-class strategic game!"

Players start with two farmers, living in a two-room wooden house. During a turn, each farmer performs an action. By harvesting wood and reeds, they can expand their home and then their family. Expanding your family allows you to do more actions at each turn, but also requires producing more meals. To get meals, players can plow fields and sow seeds. The cereals and vegetables planted are harvested after several rounds.

Players can also build fenced pastures to raise sheep, wild boars and oxen. The know-how and facilities make it possible to ensure the maintenance of the family by offering certain benefits. Players can renovate their wooden house into clay house, and then into stone house to earn more points.

Each part of Agricola is unique, thanks in part to the cards, taken at random from the 48 Savoir-Faire cards and the 48 minor accommodation cards.
