Description

Talisman is an adventure board game set in a very whimsical medieval world. Players can choose from 14 characters, all based on role-playing archetypes, such as heroes, wizards, villains, thieves, monsters, etc. The game gives players the impression of traveling the world to find equipment, weapons, ancient relics and companions who will help them in their quest to acquire the command crown. Along the way, they visit various places in the world, battle each other and fight fantastic creatures to reach the summit.

Each player tries to move from the outside world and, ultimately, to the inner world. Players travel the outside, intermediate and inner worlds trying to acquire equipment, weapons and companions. They will also improve their statistics through equipment, companions, and encounters and battles with and between fantastic creatures. Once they have completed a talisman quest, players will enter the inner world and face its challenges to finally reach the portal of power and claim the command crown.
