Kitara: Movement is the key to conquest!

In Kitara, displacement is at the heart of the game. You have to reunite the Empire, and that requires control of the territories. The clashes were expeditious and resulted in the immediate victory of the belligerent who had the largest army, and the immediate withdrawal of his opponent. The heart of the game is the conquest, the management of its forces and the taking of territories. In the savannah, the movement is constant, and to preserve a territory requires leaving men there... which would be very useful in continuing the conquest. How many warriors are you going to leave in this part of the savannah? Which ones are you going to lead to the front? Have you recruited Heroes to assert your power?

And how does it work?

In Kitara, each controlled territory allows you to have an action card. These maps, placed in front of you, allow you in each round to recruit Warriors, Centaurs or Heroes, to move your troops, but also to choose precise maps from those available to add to your field of action. This ingenious mechanics allow you to implement subtle strategies that will constantly destabilize your opponents. What are your neighbors going to do in the next round? Attacking you? Gathering their forces? The tension will continue to rise as the rounds go on, while contact between players will be more and more inevitable... and dazzling! But be sure to manage your troops and resources as the game progresses!

Conquer to prosper!

At the end of the game, the victory belongs to the player who brought the most prosperity to his clan. This prosperity is earned with maps, sending legendary Heroes to conquer, but also by letting your centaurs explore the ruins of the Empire and regain some of their lost wisdom. Kitara is a game of conquests like no other.
