Refuge

The weather's just right for a trip to the big lake in the hope of spotting a deer!

Create your walk by drawing tiles from your bag. Add some new ones too. Which ones will you slip in? The choice is yours: useful objects, beautiful landscapes to visit or animals to observe? But keep an eye on the weather - the storm is getting closer.

During a game of Refuge, you'll take 5 rides. Each consists of a number of turns, during which you simultaneously draw two tiles from your bag and place one in front of you. The other is usually returned to your bag.

Turn after turn, you shape your ride until you decide to go home, or are surprised by the storm. Indeed, if storm tiles are drawn, they are added to the weather track; if there are too many, walkers are surprised and won't earn the points given by the animals they've encountered along the way. A hitchhiking experience in a soothingly bucolic landscape! But while you're out and about, buy new tiles to put in your bag to improve your routes and collect as many points as possible.

A superb, addictive family game that you can play with family or friends, with that feeling of recharging your batteries in the middle of nature, while developing strategies.
