Strategy board game: The Fantastic Earth-to-Moon Race

Early 20th century, in the shadow of Jules Verne's novels and Méliès's visions, a community of adventurers dreams of traveling from Earth to the Moon. Six crews embark on this bold epic, each ready to take on the challenge and write their legend. Your mission is clear: be the first to reach the silvery orb by advancing eight stages through skillfully assembled card combinations.

Each group chooses its favorite means of locomotion for this race toward the unknown:

• Cannon
• Balloons
• Rocket
• Metal tower
• Cloud climbing
• Icarus' wings

All roads lead to the Moon… provided you optimize your hand and manage your risks with precision. As a savvy strategist, set the tempo of the game and seize every opportunity to advance by a decisive step.

Rules and mechanics of a family strategy board game

To progress, gather the right card combinations and outpace your rivals. Each turn, optimize your starting hand by drawing face-up cards from your own discard or from an opponent's discard, or by taking a card from the facedown draw pile. Observing the discards becomes a tactical weapon: anticipate the needs of the other crews, block their options, and accelerate your ascent.

Accessible without being simplistic, this board game blends racing, hand management, and decision-making. It will suit both casual players and fans of strategy board games, and promises fast-paced games for family or friends. Thanks to its immersive theme and smooth rules, it stands as an excellent choice to enrich a family-oriented board game collection.
