Imhotep - The duel

As the sun set over the Nile and tinged Egypt as a whole with a veil of gold, Akhenaten took a moment to contemplate his kingdom with a satisfied gaze. "Look, O Nefertiti, my divine wife, what my intelligence and talent have managed to accomplish in such a short time."

The Queen coughed loudly. "Sorry? What did you accomplish? ». Akhenaten raised an eyebrow, surprised. "Yes? Do you think you can do better? ». For any answer, Queen Nefertiti had a broad smile.

"Builders of the Extreme"

Imhotep Duel is a strategy game for two players. Nefertiti and Akhenaten compete in a challenge of builders, in order to demonstrate their power. The first of them to complete the construction of four monuments will be covered with glory. To make these constructions, it will be necessary to unload cleverly the ships arrived at the port with the precious raw materials... and sneakily block the opponent's advances!

"Interaction, strategy and deceit"

Imhotep Duel is expanding the range of 2 players Kosmos (Lost Cities, Kahuna, Targui and Andor). More frontal than his big brother (Imhotep, The Builders of Egypt), Imhotep Duel is a game in which low blows are strongly encouraged to hope to win.

At each turn of the game, players can place workers on the port, unload cargo from boats, or play actions. Players know how to intelligently place their workers to get the most out of docking boats. The cargo (randomly distributed on the ships at the beginning of the game) allows the construction of the four monuments. Each monument has its own score calculation, allowing multiple strategies. Rich in interactions and reversals of situation, Imhotep Duel also offers two levels of difficulty for optimal replayability!
