Midnight Murder at Sea

A game of police investigations scripted on a cruise ship! Choose one of the twenty investigations and look for the culprit, his motive and modus operandi, in competition with the other detectives!

In Midnight, Murder at Sea, players play as private detectives in congress on a cruise ship. They learned in the morning that a suspicious death had occurred the day before at midnight. Murder, suicide or accident? Who's responsible for the suspects? Why did he do it and how did he do it?

A bet emerges between the detectives: to be the thinnest bloodhound on board, until the ship arrives at port or the triggering of revelations.

In turn, players use their action points to search for leads, searching the scene and talking to suspects. They use survey booklets to learn about leads and have fact sheets to record the essentials. Some information will be public, others will not, depending on the choice of investigative method.

At the end of the game, each player will make his assumptions for the three investigative elements (guilty, mobile, modus operandi) and they will be decided by a score system.

This competitive board game offers twenty investigations to solve! Players will have to show method, flair, opportunism, observation and deduction!
