L'Anneau Unique - Récits des Terres Solitaires

Tales from the Lonely Lands, a collection of 6 adventures for the One Ring role-playing game

And now they had penetrated far into the interior of the Lonely Lands, where no one could be seen, where there were no inns, and where the roads were becoming downright bad.

Not far ahead, bleak hills rose higher and higher, covered with black trees.

Some were crowned with old castles that looked sinister, as if they'd been built by bad people.

Tales from the Lonely Lands contains six Adventures for The One Ring, the official role-playing game based on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. Set in the Lonely Lands - northwest of Middle-earth - around the year 2965 of the Third Age, they can be played independently or linked together to form a grand epic.

As the Dark Lord stretches out his hand, an ancient evil awakens in the shadows. In these Adventures, the Heroes must outwit the Enemy and his spies, travel far from home to the frozen north, and explore long-forgotten wonders. If, thanks to their exploits, the world retains a glimmer of hope, perhaps these scarred lands will one day heal! But if they fail, it will be the end of all things..
