Legions Imperialis: Avenger Strike Fighters

Avenger Strike Fighter: The Ultimate Ground Attack Aircraft

The Avenger Strike Fighter is an exceptional addition to any wargame collection, particularly for fans of Warhammer 40k. This formidable aircraft is engineered for planetary invasions, operating seamlessly alongside Solar Auxilia cohorts. Armed with the powerful Avenger bolt cannon, it is designed to excel in strafing runs, targeting the vulnerable sides of enemy armored formations with its mass-reactive bolt shells.

Versatile Roles in Warhammer 40k Battles

Beyond its primary role, the Avenger Strike Fighter can also serve as an interceptor, offering crucial air support against enemy bomber squadrons. This versatility makes it a valuable asset in any Warhammer 40,000 strategy. The Solar Auxilia benefits from a diverse range of small, aggressive dogfighters, and the Avenger Strike Fighter stands out with its distinctive design featuring down-swept wings, exposed engines, and wide tails.

Enhance your forces with Avenger Strike Fighters, delivering immense firepower backed by a tail gunner—an uncommon feature on such compact aircraft. Their diverse weaponry allows them to engage in both ground-attack missions and the elimination of slow-moving bombers.

For those involved in Aeronautica Imperialis, these models can be mounted on Aeronautica Imperialis bases, sold separately, adding further versatility to your gaming experience. The set includes four plastic Solar Auxilia Avenger Strike Fighter miniatures, four Legions Imperialis 40mm Round Flying Bases with ball socket stems, and one Avenger Squadron transfer sheet. Please note that these miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly. We recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints for the best results.
