Combat Patrol: Astra Militarum (2025)

A Cadian Staff Squad, made up of officers and the veteran soldiers who protect them, leads its elite contingent into battle. The core of this force is made up of battle-hardened Kasrkins, equipped with a powerful arsenal. They're backed up by Attila's Cavaliers, an eminently mobile cavalry, devastating in charge and capable of easily outflanking slower enemy units.

This box contains 25 plastic miniatures representing a complete force of the Lance of Drayden for Warhammer 40,000 Patrol games. It's an ideal way to start an Astra Militarum army or add to an existing collection, and saves money compared to buying the kits at retail.

In the Cadian Staff Squad, the Commander is armed, as you choose, with a laser pistol, bolter pistol or plasma pistol in one hand and a chainsaw sword, energy sword or energy gauntlet in the other. Each of the accompanying veterans carries different equipment: a field medic with a laser rifle and a medipac, a vox operator with a laser pistol and a master vox, a bodyguard with a laser pistol and, at choice, a chainsaw sword, an energy sword or an energy gauntlet, and a standard-bearer with a laser rifle and a regimental standard. The bodyguard and standard-bearer can instead be assembled with a special weapon: a flamethrower, grenade launcher, rocket launcher or plasma rifle.

Kasrkins are highly trained soldiers, armed with laser radiant rifles powered by fast-breeder reactors mounted on their backs. They can also be equipped with a variety of special weapons, such as grenade launchers, radiant salvo rifles or fuseurs. The kit contains numerous interchangeable heads, accessories to customize your squad, and elements to assemble specialists such as the camouflaged Elite Shooter, the Medic equipped with stimulants, the Demolition Expert and his explosives, and more.

Attila's Riders each wield an explosive hunting spear, which can be assembled with a Frag iron, formidable against infantry, or a tank-killing fusion iron. Two Cavaliers can also be assembled with a taser lance, and the kit contains the components needed to assemble two Cavalier Sergeants, each with a choice of two crest heads and an optional energy saber, brandished for charge or stored in a hip scabbard.
