Foldable and pre-painted terrain pack for competitive Warhammer 40,000 games

This foldable, pre-painted terrain is designed to be compatible with competitive Warhammer 40,000 games by providing reliable line-of-sight blocking, elevated firing positions, and a consistent footprint for current gaming tables. Designed for quick deployment and easy transport, they are ideal for tournament organizers, clubs, and players who want practical and compact terrain for an immersive experience in their games. They are also perfectly compatible with other 28–32 mm sci-fi skirmish and wargames, such as Kill Team, Necromunda, Infinity, Deadzone, Core Space, Stargrave, and Zombicide: Invader.

This set includes all the buildings needed to assemble every possible Warhammer 40k competitive tournament board layout: including all the U-shaped buildings, the eight low walls or obstacles, the four small L-shaped ruins (two are assembled into a left-facing L and two into a right-facing L; once glued, their orientation is fixed), and finally six large L-shaped ruins that glue in a single orientation and can be used as left or right L by simply turning the piece 180° when placing it on the table. For maximum flexibility and to always have all possible design combinations, we recommend purchasing six additional large L-shaped ruins and assembling them in the orientation opposite to the first six.

Each ruin is fully pre-painted by elves with a high level of detail, featuring neutral sci-fi tones and weathering effects that fit any Warhammer 40k army and battlefield theme. Once assembled, they are ready to play straight out of the box.

These Matched Play ruins require simple initial assembly, for which we recommend using white glue (PVA glue). This adhesive works particularly well with MDF wood and guarantees strong yet flexible assemblies, ideal for repeated folding. We do not recommend using cyanoacrylate, as it can damage painted surfaces and become brittle with prolonged use.

All models are reversible, allowing you to assemble all buildings facing left or right, depending on your layout and tactical needs. This added flexibility makes it easier to reproduce terrain configurations and maintain consistency in placement throughout games. Please note that once permanently glued, the ruins will remain in the chosen left or right orientation.

To prevent similarly shaped buildings from looking identical, the kit includes optional removable wall sections with pre-scored break zones. Leave them intact for competitive play, or open the break points to add battle damage and variation: customization is quick and entirely optional.

This pre-painted terrain is made from durable MDF wood and helps you upgrade your table immediately without painting: competitive functionality, stunning visual appeal, and above all, easy transport.
