Description

Dressed in red, this Collector edition recalls some of the works of French legislation. Its soft leather faux cover makes it a pleasant book to handle and consult. This edition is accompanied by the lithograph of the original cover.

Crimes is a historical role-playing game rooted in the heart of the Belle Époque and inscribed in the tradition of classical, fantasy and horror literature of the 19th century.
In Crimes, this era is experienced by its actors as particularly painful, the sirens of a decadent universe inexorably drawing humanity to its ruin, a universe spread between limitless optimism and melancholy with apocalyptic tones, without possible redemption.

The criminal fact is the central subject of this game, whose Forfeiture is a founding principle: according to this law, every person responsible for a criminal act, be it a man, a society or a civilization, must pay the price by a progressive decadence. Thus, the passions and deviances of the characters lead them inexorably to their own hell: degeneration of the body, madness or other curse...

Essential to the discovery of Crimes, the Investigator's Manual contains everything you need to appropriate its universe, its game system and to create your alter-ego.
