Codex: Leagues of Votann

The Leagues of Votann are a close-knit group of clones. These tough, pragmatic warriors call themselves the Cognats. New generations are becoming rarer as time goes by, but they have blind faith in the will of the Votann, ancient supercogitators held to be almost supernatural sources of wisdom. On their advice, the Cognats gather in huge sworn bands and emerge from the galactic core and other territories to conquer new regions, seize resources and confront anyone who threatens their leagues.
