Warhammer 40,000: A Battle for Survival

For millennia, the fortress world of Cadia has stood as a sentinel against the forces threatening the Imperium of Man. It is from here that the traitor legions can escape the Eye of Terror and strike at the heart of the realm they once abandoned. In the aftermath of the 13th Black Crusade, Cadia tends to its wounds, with traitorous forces retreating on all fronts. Although victory seems assured, Lord Castellan Creed senses that this assault is merely the precursor to a greater and more decisive conflict.

Abaddon the Despoiler has returned from exile, and the forces of Chaos have engulfed the planet in war. With defenders pushed to their limits, internal saboteurs undermine efforts from within, causing morale to plummet and leaving the high command with dwindling options. Yet, the soldiers of Cadia, having faced the Eye of Terror for generations, stand resolute. The planet may crumble, but its defenders will not. This is their defining moment, Cadia's final stand.

Authored by Robert Rath and translated by Bent Jensen, this narrative is essential for any fan of Warhammer 40,000, offering a deep dive into the lore and epic battles that define the universe. Discover the courage and resilience of the Cadian forces in their darkest hour.
