Memory 44 - New Flight Plan

"If we lose the war in the air, we lose the war. And we'll lose it quickly." Bernard L. Montgomery

Air supremacy was an ongoing challenge of the Second World War. At the Battle of France, the mighty Stuka of the Luftwaffe played a key role in the Blitzkrieg that gave the Germans victory. Over the English Channel, the heroism of the RAF pilots saved their country from the invasion. In the skies of Kursk, Smolensk or Stalingrad, many Soviet pilots defended their lands against enemy bombers. Over the Pacific Islands, American fighters had to fight desperately to hold on to the mighty Japanese Zero. And when Allied forces landed in Europe, it was under constant cover of fighters, fighter-bombers and bombers. The Air Supremacy of the Allies was then total.

Send your bombers against strategic objectives, but watch out for the enemy hunt! Launch your fighter-bombers to support your ground troops! The new aviation rules offer you many tactical options that you can make good use of in the proposed scenarios. But you can also use them in all scenarios released to date, in all theatres of operations, to bring a new dimension to your Memory 44 parts! You'll find 21 new scenarios and rules that make any official scenario compatible!
